At Western Healthcare Group, the health and safety of our participants, staff, and visitors are our top priorities. Our COVID-19 policy outlines the steps we are taking to reduce the risk of infection and maintain a safe environment. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors who work or visit our facilities.
Key Measures:
Health Screening: All visitors and staff will undergo temperature checks and be monitored for flu-like symptoms. Anyone showing signs of illness will be required to self-isolate and seek testing.
Hygiene Practices: Handwashing and sanitizing are mandatory upon entering the facility and after certain activities. Regular cleaning of frequently touched surfaces will be conducted.
PPE Use: Masks and gloves are required in specific situations, and social distancing of 1.5 meters must be maintained at all times.
Staff Movement Risk Assessment: We evaluate employee movements, particularly if they work in other high-risk environments, to minimize cross-infection risks.
